Roll-up Security Gates
Engineered to provide for years of reliable service, our low cost security gates are built to specifications that far exceed the industry standard. We build them better, for customers who know that buying a quality product saves money in the long run.
Curtains: Shall consist of interlocking 2 3/4" high flat slats roll formed from a minimum 22 gauge steel, we use only the highest grade hot dipped galvanized steel, which provides a much heavier rust resistant and coating than the galvaniel or electrogalvanize you'll catch our competitors using. This means that our customers get the strongest, longest lasting curtain available.
As an option, full or partial curtains are also available in an open grille consisting of 5/16" diameter solid galvanized rods, aluminum links and protective PVC spacers.
Brackets: Stamped from minimum 14 gauge steel.
Guides: Roll-formed from minimum 14 gauge steel and shall be equipped with removable curtain stops.
Hoods: Roll-formed from minimum 24 gauge hot dipped galvanized steel in either a square or half hexagon design.
Finish: Guides, bottom bar, hoods and brackets shall be finished in a rust inhibitive prime.
Locking: shall be attached by either hasp and pin devices or side bolts which accept padlocks (locks not included).
When security problems warrant even more protection, we offer the impenetrable, case hardened series 2000 locking system. Consisting of an ultra-strong hasp with base plate, a 5/8" diameter pin with a saw/crow bar shield, and the patented American series 2000 lock, this system offers the type of bulldog security that will send the vandals and burglars looking for another target. Operation: our low cost security gates are available up to 100 sq. ft. (120 sq. ft. with grille curtains) with manual push up operation. Aided by our powerful counter/balance system, even a child can handle them.
Counterbalance: shall be flat blue spring steel housed in grease packed spring boxes and mounted in a 2" pipe shaft.
